The inspiration for my Lovely Elephants crochet baby blanket…
A few months ago, I took a serious fall resulting in double wrist injuries that put a complete halt on my crochet crafting for several months. In the meantime, the arrival of my newest little niece’s crept closer and closer! I used that time to dream up a pixel perfect project to match her nursery decor! Thankfully, my wrists healed just fast enough to complete this lovely elephant design and a fluffy heart crib pillow accent before her arrival. I couldn’t be more in love with how this blanket turned out and hope you will love it as much as I do!

The finished look of the Elephant inspired baby blanket is lovely! The colors were chosen to match the existing nursery decor and I love the way they look together! Feel free to experiment and exchange to your own color or yarn texture preferences. The completed blanket size will vary depending on your yarn, hook size and your tension; but my completed project was a perfect crib or toddler size blanket.
